Quick heads-up so your appointment runs smooth. We’re open every day from 5:00am–6:00pm, by appointment only.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes — a 20% deposit is required to book, and it’s applied to your total on the day of your appointment.
What’s the cancellation / reschedule policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer the slot to another client.
Is there a late grace period?
Yes — there’s a 15-minute grace period. After that, we may need to reschedule depending on the day’s schedule.
What happens with no-shows?
No-shows are charged for the full booking.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Yes — a free 3–5 minute consultation is required before booking so we can confirm the right style, length, and hair needs.

How should I prep my hair before my appointment?
Come with your hair detangled and fully dried. If you’re not sure what’s best for your hair type, we’ll cover it during your free consult.
Is hair included?
Some styles include hair and some are “client provides hair.” We’ll confirm what’s included (and what to bring) before you book.
How long do braiding appointments take?
Time depends on the style, size, and length. During your consult, we’ll confirm the best match and give you a realistic time window.
When should I schedule a touch-up?
Touch-ups are for styles that are 7 weeks old or less. If it’s been longer, we’ll recommend removal for the best results and hair health.
Do you offer braid removal?
Yes — we offer removal for our work only. Book removal so we can take your style down safely and protect your natural hair.
